Daniel began roofing in 1998 at just seventeen, helping his father in Michigan. After trying other jobs, he realized roofing was his true calling. Early challenges, like building complex dock staircases around rocky terrain, taught him the importance of doing things the right way—even when it’s not the easiest.

With over 25 years of experience, Daniel believes quality of work is his signature. He takes pride in ensuring every project reflects his name, his family, and his company. His philosophy is simple: every customer should leave satisfied, with a smile as they hand over the final check.

Starting DMR came with hurdles—from learning to bid jobs to adjusting to a new community—but his persistence built the strong reputation the company holds today. Transparency, honesty, and respect are the foundation of DMR’s success, along with the dedication of crew manager Juan Hernandez, who has been with the company for eight years.
